Well this week was fun. Started off feeling a little low because of a sore throat. I went and got some penicillan for that, figuring that would fix it.....nope. Two days later I wake up in serious pain. Fuck it I think as I get into my car and commence the drive east to Souris. After many swabs of the throat and six vials of blood were taken for testing, they are still unsure why my throat was so inflamed. They decided to give me a steriod to open my passageway in my throat so i could talk and breathe a little easier. As I am rolling up my sleeve, the nurse looks at me and says "sorry dear it doesn't go there".....................

Now the waiting game. bought a ticket for 6:30 on Sunday to see the conclusion of the Star Wars saga. The group of us decided on Sunday night cus most of the kiddies will have gone the previous nights. This will hopefully allow us to enjoy the show without people laughing or kids throwing stuff. I rented the PS2 game last week and rapped it the same day. It contained a shitload of movie clips in it.

Been thinking on getting a new car. The current one I've had for 5 yrs and well, she's starting to show her age. I have the chance to get a newer jetta. Anyone know anything about 01 tdi jettas? Are they worth the money?

Got another dilemma tonight...I "could" stay home.....or got to the movies with some girls I know....or go to breakers.....Only have enough budgeted to do one of the latter........hmmmmmmm what to do? what to do?

Signed up for a variation of Survivor on Justanothernicknames blog. Never tried one of these before, but thought hey why not. Each person playing is "billeted" with another person online. I am with betty....or betty is with me...which ever way you wanna look at it. So I think it would be best to "get to know this betty girl". Hmmmm, lets see what other people think of her......Matts blog has her linked as a man eater...!!!!!!!!! uhm,,er,, ok guess I'll be sleeping with one eye open throughout this. From her blog, I think I have learned a few things about her: 1:she likes air dried clothes 2:DO NOT,,repeat DO NOT steal, borrow or even sample any of her ideas from work 3: watch what you wear 4:she don't drink....hmmmm more for me ~LOL~ 5:She can be painfully blunt if she has to.

When it rains, Its pours

Ok... Have a friend hopefully coming down during my vacation...which would rock cus she lots of fun to hang around with. And knowing she will be here will just adds to my vacation. Now with all that good news, have to throw in some bad. Another girl is coming down for the summer....possibly longer. She's a baptist....same as me, but her compass just seems to be a little off. She was down last summer and also a few years before that. She's also from Ontario. We also have a bit of uhm...er..well a history together. Only last time she was down she more less tried to play me off of a family friend. Kinda like see which one had the better deal for her. Luckily I caught on to the trick. But here I am with 2 girls coming down at the same time, both wanting to hang out with me....one whom I WANT to hang out with, and another whom I'm just to damn polite to say anything to.........................and people wonder why I drink ~LOL~

Can't wait til July

I set up my vaction time a couple weeks ago for work. Requested the end of june/first of July off. This should allow me to help my family land the lobster traps and hopefully make up for me not being there on setting day. I was alos talking to a girl I know from Guelph,(or Upper Canada as I always call it around her) and she is hoping to visit for that week. All of a sudden my vacation sounds better and better. She wants to go fishing...Easy enough, we can land the traps at the same time...she's hoping to get her blades before she comes down,..Excellent, enables me to get out of the house and away from my ps2. Throw in some nightclubbing and sightseeing and me thinks I will have a very large vacation.



O and Matt, to answer your question....Went out on the town last week and one of my new co-workers told me he thought I was gay.. ~LOL~ Needless to say a girl I, uhm, er well know, was quick to correct him...Still could have bought me for a nickle when he told me though.

Time will tell

17 days and counting

Since 1983 I'm been waiting for this moment; The last installment of Star Wars. Since the age of 5, I've been a big fan of the movies. I've read most of the novels written about it and even have those little micro machine minatures kicking around my room. I wasn't a big fan of the phantom menace (think it was the whole jar jar thing), but the story progress in attack of the clones made up for it. This will also be the first time going to the movies since, well AVP.

Last Saturday was setting day for lobsters. I had to work here in town so I missed my first one in..well..years (think since 96). All that water, rum, traps, rum, laughing, rum,lobsters....o and the occassional rum. My vaction time is set up for landing day, so at least I'll be around for that. Which reminds me. 3 doors down is playing for Canada Day week. Think this will be the first concert i go to down at the park. All the others I just sat out back with some Schooners.

Well need some rest, another long day at work tomorrow
